The Brief:

Working with leading Melbourne building developer Fitzgerald Projects, Simon Wilson (now Principal of Alaia Build) was charged with the role of Construction Supervisor on this prestige development

 

 

The Approach:

Presented with the challenge of a tight time frame for this dual occupancy we applied a disciplined pre-planning approach to labour materials and issues management to ensure that we were able to hit the ground running from day one

 

We collaborated closely with Fitzgerald projects, to ensure all the team were on the same page and energised to deliver at each stage of this exciting project, on time and on-budget.  We also worked with all necessary infrastructure bodies to conform with planning requirements
