The Brief:

Facing the challenges of the rugged Bass Coast climate this 10-year-old home was in need of structural "tender-loving care" with elements threatening the safety of this 9meter two story balcony structure.

 

The Approach

With safety at the forefront of the project, we assess and unearthed issues relating to incompatible materials that were threatening the integrity of the structure.  With our understanding of local conditions and the materials needed to rectify the situation for the long-term we set about restoring the stability of this home for our client
